Payment conditions 14 days after registration date and at least before June 12th 2022 otherwise the onsite registration fee applies. Payment Methods We accept payments by credit card, bank transfer and iDEAL (Dutch participants). We cannot accept payment by check and debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration or at least before the start of the conference to secure your participation. Cancellation Policy Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the ISHGD2020 Symposium Secretariat at ishgd@congressbydesign.com. • For cancellations received up to and including April 30th 2022, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. For cancellations received on and after April 30th 2022, no refund will be given, full amount required. • A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after April 30th 2022. • All refunds will be processed after the event. Invoice You will receive your invoice in the confirmation email. IMPORTANT When you press "next" at the bottom of this page, you are committing to paying the applicable registration fees. This means if you cancel before you transferred payment, you are still obliged to pay the cancellation fee (up to & including April 30th 2022 or the full fee (on & after April 30th 2022). This is also the case if you don't show up at the conference. Travel and Health Insurance It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects. The organizers of the ISHGD2022 Symposium will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants. The Local Committee will not accept liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to Symposium participants, either during or as a result of the Symposium or during any tours. Liability The Local Committee act as agents only in securing hotels, transport and travel services and in no event shall be liable for acts or defaults in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organized through contractors or the employees of such contractors in carrying out services. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the terms and conditions under which they are offered to the public in general. The Local Committee reserves the right to make changes were deemed necessary, without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subject to the Dutch law. Cancellation of Symposium It is mutually agreed that in the event of total or partial cancellation of the symposium due to fire, strike, natural disaster (either threatened or actual), government regulations or causes which would prevent its scheduled opening or continuance, the contractual relationship between ISHGD2020 and the participant will be terminated immediately and ISHGD2020 shall determine an equitable basis for the eventual refund of a portion of the registration or other fees after due consideration of expenditures and commitments already made. Under no circumstances is ISHGD2020 responsible for any participant expenses (such as travel and lodging) or any other incidental or consequential damages.
