For the Alchemical Free Energy Workshop 2024 only regular tickets are offered. The regular ticket provides access to the entire program, including all sessions, workshops and networking events.

Terms and Conditions
a. For cancellations no refund will be given and full amount is required. b. Invoice payments must be settled within 20 days and no later than the start of the workshop. c. In cases where payment has been made but attendance is no longer possible, registrations can only be passed on to people within your own organization. d. We regret to inform you that if your VISA application does not get approved, that you are not eligible to get a refund of your registration. We therefore recommend to apply early for a VISA if one is needed for your travel.
