⁠Registration for the Eleventh Congress of the European Society for Research in Mathematics Education (CERME11) can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process.

After having confirmed your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation, please contact the Congress Secretariat CERME11 (CERME11@congressbydesign.com).

New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for CERME11 for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process.

Registered delegate: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you started a registration, but did not finalize it, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account.

Privacy Policy: Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the CERME11 Congress organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of The Eleventh Congress of the European Society for Research in Mathematics Education, February 6-10, 2019. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address CERME11@congressbydesign.com.   

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;

• You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
• You have consented;
• It is required or authorized by law;
• It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
• It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat (CERME11@congressbydesign.com). If a cancellation is received before or on 21 December, 2018 reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 50 EUR handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made. Submitting authors have the right to cancel their registration at no costs in the event their submitted paper or poster is rejected for presentation at CERME11. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the congress is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the congress.
