Registration for the EEBA 2019 is done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process.
After having confirmed your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation, please contact the Conference Secretariat EEBA 2019 (
eeba2019@congressbydesign.com).
New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for EEBA 2019 for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process. Please note that if you have already created an account for the abstract submission, you can sign-in with your existing account.
Registered delegate: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you started a registration, but did not finalize it, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account.
Privacy Policy: Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the EEBA 2019 Conference Organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of EEBA 2019, January 17-19, 2019. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address
eeba2019@congressbydesign.com.
Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;
• You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
• You have consented;
• It is required or authorized by law;
• It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
• It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.
