Registration for the European Navigation Conference 2026 can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Simply follow the on-screen instructions step by step to complete your registration.

If you have submitted an abstract for ENC 2026, please use the same credentials to access the registration.

If you have not submitted an abstract and you are accessing the online registration for ENC 2026 for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process.

If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you have started a registration, but did not finalise it, you can modify or complete your registration by signing in with your existing account.

Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the ENC 2026 organisers, in its capacity as data controller, and shared with the ENC 2026 organisers.
Delegates' personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address enc@congressbydesign.com. 

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies: 

  • You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;  
  • You have consented; 
  • It is required or authorized by law; 
  • It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health; 
  • It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.

Photo policy

Participants are advised that photographs may be taken during ENC 2026. By participating in the conference and entering the conference and social event venues of ENC 2026, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used by ENC organisers and suppliers for the conference website, communication, promotion and on social media. If you do not wish to appear in the photos, please notify the photographer onsite.

Participants are allowed to take pictures during ENC 2026 for their personal use only. Any reproduction or commercial use of pictures taken during the conference is strongly prohibited. If a speaker does not want any pictures of their presentation to be taken, this information must be included on the first slides of his presentation. In such case, the participants are not allowed to take any pictures.

IMPORTANT: Please note that you must upload a copy of your student card to avail of the student registration fee. Student registration is limited to students who are not in remunerated employment. The organisers reserve the right to change your registration category to a standard ticket if we believe you to be in paid employment. The age limit for a student registration is 35 years.

Sustainability

The ENC 2026 Conference Secretariat would like to calculate the impact of the meeting on the environment (carbon footprint). For this purpose, we kindly ask you to indicate below how you intend to travel to ENC 2026.

You can indicate if you will travel by public transport, by car, by plane or a combination of these.

Please keep in mind that:

  • When you travel by plane, please let us know the estimated distance for the round trip in kilometers (KM) and whether you will travel within Europe or long-distance outside Europe.
  • When you are (also) traveling by car, please indicate the estimated distance for the round trip in kilometers (KM).

Click on "Directions" and enter your departure location to determine the distance (in KM) you plan to travel. Remember to double this amount to account for the round trip.

Cancellation policy Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to enc@congressbydesign.com. – For cancellations received up to and including 22 February 2026, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. – For cancellations received on and after 22 February 2026, no refund will be given, full amount required. – Transferring the registration to another participant is not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. – All refunds will be processed after the meeting. – Travel and accommodation will not be reimbursed.
