Sustainability

The EPF 2025 Organisers would like to calculate the impact of the meeting on the environment (carbon footprint). For this purpose, we kindly ask you to indicate how you intend travel to Groningen below.

Payment & Cancellation Policy 1. Payment methods: Payment Methods We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. 2. All cancellations must be electronically mailed (EPF@congressbydesign.com). Refund or registration fee will be as follows: • For cancellations received up to and including April 22, 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. • For cancellations received from April 23, 2025, no refund will be given, full amount required. 3. Participant changes are permitted only if the new participant is from the same company. Please note that any changes submitted after April 22, 2025 will incur a handling fee of EUR 40 per registration.

Payment

You can pay by credit card or IDEAL (Dutch participants). We do not accept payments by cheque and debit cards. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at your own expense.

Please note, if you choose payment by IDEAL or credit card you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service. Your payment will then be made to the EPF 2025 account of Congress by design, the congress service agency of this meeting. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration. 

Please note that if you pay by any credit card, you are kindly requested to wait until the payment website takes you back to the registration website. Finally, click on the button 'Submit' at the end of the page to complete your registration. Do not click X to close the page, this will automatically delete your registration details.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations received up to and including April 22, 2025, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged.
For cancellations received from April 23, 2025, no refund will be given, full amount required.
