Ø     Registering for the EuroScience Open Forum can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Please follow the instructions provided in the registration process.

EuroScience Membership

If you are not a full member, but plan to become a member, please click on the following link to register yourself as a Full Individual member. Associate members are not eligible to select the reduced fee. Once you have completed the EuroScience membership you can select the membership fee.

NOTE: if you have not become a Full Individual member of EuroScience after the Early Bird deadline 22 April 2022, we will convert your registration back to Non Member. We will send you an invoice to pay the difference between a Member and Non Member fee.

Early Careers

Company site visit - Leiden Bio Science Park (tour/visits – limited availability) A 3-hour tour of Leiden Bio Science Park innovation district. The companies you will visit are Charles River, Biopartner and BaseClear. This tour is interesting for young scientists who are interested in creating impact with their knowledge by starting a start-up.

Payment

Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:

We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card or iDeal (Dutch participants).

Credit Card and iDeal:

Credit card or iDeal (Dutch participants) is available only through the online form. We accept VISA and Mastercard. We cannot accept payments by check or debit card. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at your own expense. Please note, if you choose payment by iDeal or Credit Card, you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service.

Your paid invoice will be enclosed in your confirmation email.

Bank transfer:

If you have selected to pay via bank transfer your invoice will be attached to the confirmation email which you will receive upon completing your registration. Please ensure you pass this invoice to your accounts department for prompt payment. Payment after registration is due within two weeks.
