The ESVS 39th Annual Meeting 2025 offers the possibility for approved press/media representatives to register for the meeting free of charge. Cancellation policy for ticketed sessions:

Ticketed sessions can be cancelled and refunded up to 24th July. Please note that notification of registration cancellation must be sent by email to esvs@congressbydesign.com.
A handling fee of EUR 5 will be retained from each cancelled workshop.

Programme Book

To help reduce the carbon footprint of the Annual Meeting, programme books will only be printed for those who request one during registration. The full programme will also be available in the event app. Would you like to receive a programme book?

We accept payments by credit card, Google Pay and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Select 'Online Payment' and click ‘Start Checkout' to make the payment. You will be asked to enter your credit card details and complete the payment in order to submit your registration. Your invoice will be enclosed in the confirmation email.
