Participants are advised that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the ESVS 40th Annual Meeting 2026. By participating and entering the Annual Meeting and social event venues, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used by ESVS and the suppliers of the ESVS 40th Annual Meeting 2026.

The ESVS 40th Annual Meeting 2026 offers the possibility for approved press/media representatives to register for the meeting free of charge. Journalists/media representatives are invited to make a press agreement request by sending an email to info@esvs.org. Approved press/media representatives will be required to provide either their press credentials (press ID card, no business card) or a letter of assignment from the editorial office of their news organisation and will be requested to sign a written press agreement.

ESVS reserves the right to deny press registration to anybody it considers not to meet these criteria. Please note the number of available press registrations is limited.

Programme book

To help reduce the carbon footprint of the Annual Meeting, programme books will only be printed for those who request one during registration. The full programme will also be available in the event app. Programme books can be collected at the registration desk.
