Registration for the Federation des Barreaux d'Europe 2023 (FBE 2023) can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process.

Payment Methods We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Cancellation Policy Notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to FBE 2023@congressbydesign.com. 1. For cancellations received up to and including 14 May 2023, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. 2. For cancellations received on and after 15 May 2023, no refund will be given, full amount required. 3. Transferring the registration to another participant is not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 15 May 2023. 4. All refunds will be processed after the meeting. 5. Travel and accommodation will not be reimbursed.

You can pay by credit card or IDEAL (Dutch participants). We cannot accept payments by cheque and debit cards. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at your own expense. Please note, if you choose payment by IDEAL or credit card you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service. Your payment will then be made to the FBE 2023 account of Congress by design, the congress service agency of this meeting. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration.

Use the pay later option if you want to make a bank transfer. The invoice will directly send after clicking submit in the payment page. You will find the bank details below the invoice. Please refer your invoice number in the bank transfer.

*Please note that if you pay by any credit card, you are kindly requested to wait until the payment website takes you back to the registration website. Finally, click on the button 'Submit' at the end of the page to complete your registration. Do not click X to close the page, this will automatically delete your registration details.
