New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for the 1^st GHI World Congress for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process.

Registered delegate: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you started a registration, but did not finalize it, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account.

Privacy Policy: Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the GHI World Congress organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of the 1st GHI World Congress of Food Safety and Security, 24-28 March 2019. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address ghi2019@congressbydesign.com.

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;

You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;

To complete your registration, please choose the payment method option below and click 'Submit'. You can pay by iDEAL, invoice or credit card. Please note, if you choose payment by iDEAL or credit card you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service. Your payment will then be made to the GHI World Congress account of Congress by design, the congress service agency of this congress. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration. We do not accept payments by check, only credit card, iDEAL and bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. If a cancellation is received before or on February 24, 2019 reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 50 EUR handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made.

Personal information provided by applicants will only be used for the purpose of their participation in GHI World Congress 2019. All personal information provided will be kept under the control of the organizers of GHI World Congress 2019 and will not be shared with others without the written consent of the applicant.
