By registering for this event, you agree to the event terms and conditions.

Your registration is personal and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from the event organiser. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, speakers, format, venue or timing where necessary.

Payment terms

We accept payments by iDEAL/Wero, Mastercard and Visa. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payments by Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. 

Cancellation policy

To cancel an existing registration, email to gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com.

• We will refund 75% of the price paid for any cancellations received up to and including 30 November 2026.
• We cannot provide any refund for cancellations received on and after 1 December 2026. 
• Registration can only be transferred to another participant from the same company. An administration fee of €40 applies for every modification received after 30 November 2026.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the Summit.
• Any associated costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation, will not be reimbursed.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff and venue personnel. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants from the event in case of inappropriate behaviour.

The organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, except where required by applicable law.

Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the GSG Impact Summit 2027 organisers, in its capacity as data controller, and shared with the Summit organisers. 
Delegates' personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law. You may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address gsgimpactsummit@congressbydesign.com.

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies:

• You would reasonably expect your information to be shared with the recipient as part of the provision of products or services related to your registration for this conference;
• You have consented;
• It is required or authorised by law;
• It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
• It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.
