⁠Registration for the 9th International Symposium on the Diabetic Foot is done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen for each of the steps to go through the registration process.


After having registered for the conference, you will receive an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the ISDF 2023 Secretariat (diabeticfoot@congressbydesign.com).

New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for ISDF 2023 for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process. Please note, if you have created an account for the abstract submission, you can sign-in with your existing account.

Registered participants: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you started a registration, but did not finalize it, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account.

Privacy Policy: Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by Design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the ISDF 2023 symposium organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of the 9th International Symposium on the Diabetic Foot, May 10-13, 2023. Participants' personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address diabeticfoot@congressbydesign.com. By attending ISDF 2023 you give consent that your photo/video may be used for promotional purposes for (future) ISDF Symposia.

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;

  • You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
  • You have consented;
  • It is required or authorized by law;
  • It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
  • It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.

Welcome Reception

Celebrate the start of ISDF 2023 and catch up with colleagues and meet new ones during the Welcome Reception. Entrance to the Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee.

Workshops

During the symposium, 21 workshops will be held over 3 days (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Pre-registration to attend any workshop is not required; however, we kindly ask you to indicate your interest during registration to help us organise the workshops effectively and anticipate participant numbers. Please select up to a maximum of 3 workshops. The final scheduling for the workshops will be available at a later stage.

Terms and Conditions
Please note that notification of cancellation of registration must be sent by email to diabeticfoot@congressbydesign.com. 1. For cancellations received up to and including 10 March 2023, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. 2. For cancellations received after 10 March 2023, no refund will be given, full amount required. 3. Payment methods: We only accept payments by credit card. 4. If the Symposium is cancelled by the organisation in case of force majeure, the participant will be offered an online registration and will receive a reimbursement of the difference between the online and onsite registration fee. NOTE: No travel and accommodation will be reimbursed. 6. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 10 March 2023. 7. We regret to inform you that if your VISA application does not get approved, that you are not eligible to get a refund of your registration. 8. All refunds will be processed after the Symposium
