Registration for NWO ICT.OPEN2026 can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process. New registration If you have submitted an abstract for NWO ICT.OPEN2026, please use the same credentials to access the registration. If you are accessing the online registration for NWO ICT.OPEN2026 for the first time, please create a new account (login) and follow each step of the registration process.

Update your registration If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you have started a registration, but did not finalise it, you can modify or complete your registration by signing in with your existing account.

Did you attend 2025? You can use your existing credentials if you registered in 2025 or is you have already submitted an abstract in this year.

Photos and video recordings will be made during ICT.OPEN2026. By participating in the conference and entering the conference and social event venues of NWO ICT.OPEN2026, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used by NWO and the suppliers of NWO ICT.OPEN2026. NWO is committed to organising NWO ICT.OPEN2026 with as minimal impact on the environment as possible and to continue to further reduce its carbon footprint in future years. These questions will help us track this year's carbon footprint.

  • If you will combine your travel by car or public transport with travel by bicycle, you do not need to include the kilometers that you will cycle, just the kilometers by car or public transport.
  • If you will travel by car and by public transport, please include the distance you will travel for both separately.
  • You do not need to include the distance you will travel by bicycle if you will only travel by bicycle and not by car or by public transport.
  • Please note that you need to include the travelled distance for the round trip !

Payment

We accept payments by credit card, Google Pay and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Select 'Online Payment' and click ‘Start Checkout' to make the payment. You will be asked to enter your credit card details and complete the payment in order to submit your registration. Your invoice will be enclosed in the confirmation email.
