Poster printing service

Conference participants who present a poster in Groningen can use the special poster print service so that they do not have to travel with their poster.

To have your poster printed in Groningen, send it as a PDF (size: A0 / 84.1cm x 118.9cm) to the Groningen Congres Bureau, who will print it at a CopyCenter for € 35.00 per poster (tube included).

You will then receive your printed poster at the registration desk of conference.

Poster-files (PDF) can be sent ahed of time to info@gcb.nl Please do not forget to inlcude the name of the conference in the email.

Cancellation policy registration - Cancellation before 14 July: administration costs of €25,- - Cancellation between 14 July and 14 August 2022: 50% refund. - Cancellation after 14 August and no-show means (in all cases) no refund of your registration fee. - Please send a written notification of cancellation to the Groningen Congres Bureau (info@gcb.nl) and request a confirmation.

Payment

You can pay by credit card or iDEAL (Dutch participants).  We cannot accept payments by cheque. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at your own expense. Please note, if you choose payment by iDEAL or credit card you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service. Your payment will then be made to the SMC account of Congress by design, the congress service agency of this meeting.
