Door je in te schrijven, stem je (de deelnemer) ermee in dat jouw persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt voor registratie- en afhandelingsdoeleinden, en om je informatie toe te sturen over het evenement. Alle persoonsgegevens zullen uitsluitend worden gebruikt in overeenstemming met de huidige EU-wetgeving inzake gegevensbescherming (GDPR) en zullen niet aan derden worden bekendgemaakt zonder schriftelijke toestemming van de deelnemer. Als je de als "verplicht" aangegeven gegevens niet verstrekt, kunnen wij je inschrijving niet voltooien.

By registering for this event, you (the delegate) agree that your personal data will be processed for registration and handling purposes, as well as to send you information about the event. Any personal data will be solely used in accordance with current EU data protection legislation (GDPR) and will not be disclosed to a third party without the delegate’s written consent. Deelname aan het symposium is kosteloos, maar niet vrijblijvend. Indien je toch niet in staat bent om deel te nemen, ontvangen wij graag je afmelding per e-mail op stuko2024@congressbydesign.com. Aangezien er een beperkte beschikbaarheid is, stellen wij het op prijs als je ons tijdig op de hoogte stelt, zodat we wellicht iemand anders blij kunnen maken met jouw toegangsticket. Participation in the symposium is free of charge but not without commitment. If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you notify us of your cancellation via email at stuko2024@congressbydesign.com. As there is limited availability, informing us in a timely manner allows us the opportunity to potentially offer the ticket to someone else who may benefit from it.
