Participants are advised that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the Systems Workforce Summit. By participating in the congress and entering the Congress and social event venues of the Systems Workforce Summit, you consent to the publication, release, exhibition and reproduction of such materials to be used by the organizers and the suppliers of the Systems Workforce Summit.

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT METHODS We accept payments by credit card and iDEAL (Dutch participants). Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at your own expense. With payment by credit card, the amount will be charged immediately at the time of the transaction. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that notification of registration cancellation must be sent by email to systemsworkforcesummit@congressbydesign.com. 1. For cancellations received up to and including 7 September 2024, a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged 2. For cancellations received after 7 Septmber 2024, no refund will be given, the full amount is required. 3. Name changes are not accepted, unless the participant is from the same company. A handling fee of EUR 40 per registration will be charged for every modification received after 7 September 2024. 4. All refunds will be processed after the Summit. PRIVACY POLICY: - You give consent to Congress by design (the ''Processor'') to collect, process and store data on behalf of Systems Summit, only for the preparation and execution of the Systems Workforce Summit, scheduled from 8-9 October 2024 in Delft, The Netherlands. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law. You may at any time request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address: systemsworkforcesummit@congressbydesign.com. - Participants are allowed to take pictures during the Summit for their personal use only. Any reproduction or commercial use of pictures taken during the conference is strongly prohibited. If a speaker does not want any pictures of their presentation to be taken, this information must be included on the first slides of his presentation. In such case, the participants and delegates are not allowed to take any pictures. - Any recording, interviewing, filming and exhibition without written approval from the Systems Workforce Summit is prohibited.

Payment

You can pay by credit card or IDEAL (Dutch participants). We cannot accept payments by cheque and debit cards. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at your own expense. Please note, if you choose payment by IDEAL or credit card you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service. Your payment will then be made to the Systems Workforce Summit account of Congress by design, the congress service agency of this meeting.
