⁠Registration for the Wageningen Soil Conference 2019 (WSC2019) can be done in a few simple, consecutive steps. Just follow the instructions on your screen on each of the steps to go through the registration process.

After having confirmed your registration, you will receive an automatic email confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation, please contact the Congress Secretariat WSC 2019 (WSC2019@congressbydesign.com).

New registration: If you are accessing the online registration for WSC2019 for the first time, please create a new user account and follow each step of the registration process.

Registered delegate: If you have completed your registration and would like to make changes or if you started a registration, but did not finalize it, you can modify your registration by signing in with your existing account.

Privacy Policy: Personal data will be collected, processed and stored by Congress by design (the “Processor”), on behalf of the WSC2019 Congress organizers, in its capacity as data controller, only for the preparation and execution of the WSC2019 27 August - 30 August 2019. Delegates’ personal data will be retained securely and under the applicable law, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or limited processing, portability of your data, or oppose to the processing by written request addressed to the Data Controller through the e-mail address WSC2019@congressbydesign.com.   

Congress by design does not give your personal information to anyone else unless one of the following applies;

• You would reasonably expect that your information will be passed on to the recipient as part of the provision of products or services to you ancillary to your registration for this conference;
• You have consented;
• It is required or authorized by law;
• It will prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life or health;
• It is reasonably necessary for the enforcement of the criminal law or of a law imposing a pecuniary penalty, or for the protection of public revenue.

All fees below are in Euros and include 21% Dutch VAT - normal VAT rules apply to recovery of any VAT incurred.

To complete your registration, please choose the payment method option below and click 'Submit'. You can pay by iDEAL, invoice or credit card. Please note, if you choose payment by iDEAL or credit card you will be taken to the secured site of our payment service. Your payment will then be made to the WSC 2019 account of Congress by design, the congress service agency of this congress. Payment of the applicable registration fee must have been made within 14 days after registration. We do not accept payments by check, only credit card, iDEAL and bank transfer.

Finalize your registration by clicking 'Submit'.

Your invoice will be enclosed in the confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration has to be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. If a cancellation is received before or on April 8, 2019 reimbursement of the registration fee and social events, minus 50 EUR handling charges, will be made. After this date, or if registrants fail to attend the meeting for any reason whatsoever, regrettably no refund (registration fee and social events) can be made. If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the symposius is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.

Personal information provided by applicants will only be used for the purpose of their participation in WSC2019. All personal information provided will be kept under the control of the organizers of WSC 2019 and will not be shared with others without the written consent of the applicant.
