School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University
ASTARS empowers satellite navigation in urban canyons and indoor environments, offering a novel positioning approach.
10:20 AM - 10:40 AMBiography
Zhang Yu, a PhD candidate at the School of Electronics and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University, specializes in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite navigation and indoor satellite positioning technologies. His research focuses on enhancing positioning accuracy in challenging environments, particularly through the integration of advanced communication techniques with satellite systems. In this conference, Zhang will present his work on leveraging ASTARS technology to improve indoor positioning algorithms, along with an error analysis. His research aims to mitigate issues such as signal blockage and multipath effects in indoor environments, contributing to more accurate satellite navigation systems for indoor use.
