All fees are exclusive of 21% VAT and do not include hotel accommodation and dinners. Coffee, tea, and lunches are included. A maximum of 25 participants will be accepted. Applications will be accepted in the order in which they are received.

Cancellation policy

Course fee

  • In case of cancellation before or on October 18, 2019: 75% of the course fee will be refunded.
  • If cancellation is received after October 18, 2019 or if the applicant fails to attend the course for any reason whatsoever, no refund can be made.

Hotel reservation

  • In case of cancellation of a hotel room before October 25, 2019: 50% will be refunded.
  • If cancellation of a hotel room is received on or after October 25, 2019: No refund can be made.
